Don't spend too much time on the dart board or in the fridge or you'll never get it finished.

Re: Starting trailer build
Are you planning on using it for the cart to pull around your property or to tow the cart with?

Re: Starting trailer build
Ok as you can see in the picture the trailer is rounded in the front and I don’t want to square it off thinking it might hit the bedside when the girlfriend jackknifes it. How would I go about making the corners round. Was thinking tin but I would like to have it screwed together it would be more sturdy. I have a pile of 2x4s that I am making the sides out of. I am welding 2x4 brackets on the side of the frame that will make the sides removable. Wood work is not my thing. Any ideas would be great 👍.

Re: Starting trailer build
From the pictures the trailer looks to be pretty lightweight, and the axle is not in the centre. Don't forget that your cart is pretty heavy, especially if it is still using flooded batteries. I think you may need to beef up the chassis a little. Also check the ball weight with a loaded cart that far forward of the axle and see what your truck can handle.

Re: Starting trailer build
8' is tooo short if your cart has a rear seat with floorboard, and you use a tailgate; its OK if you use separate ramps
