You really do not need a front or side, just a good wooden floor with some anchor points for straps

Don't know what rice coal is, But this frame was not built to haul much weight.
you can beef up the frame. Your axle is placed at the rear that will put more weight on the tongue and its not built for much weight.
If you weld the sides on that would make the frame much stronger.

Think you should check the capacity on the axle, springs and tires.

Looks like your putting in the cross members, I would make sure there is going to be a cross member where the tires of the cart are going to set.

The way your cross members are above the frame rails is going to cause an issue when you put the floor on.

Sorry, don't mean to be negative. But better to see it now then have problems later.

I also didn't want to put a dampener on your project but that cart design is not meant to carry much weight. You may even need to consider relocating the axle to be more central so that any weight is over the axle and not bearing down on the ball and the fairly lightweight single tongue.

I just want to make sure you and other road users are safe.

What is the weight of a CC Precedent with 4 12 volt batteries anyway?

I too am looking for a trailer.

Good explanation! The requirement here in Quebec Canada for DOT requirements is 20% tongue load. Trailers tows beautifully at that rate even on our less than perfect roads.
