I thought I might go after the $$$ aspect of legalized carts... I’ve heard a few stories about local businesses and downtown areas doing better because of people going out more often in their carts and parking being easier. I emailed a few Chamber of Commerces to ask if their cart ordinances have impacted their businesses but none have replied so far. Does anyone have any statistics or info that might help?
