16 circuit plug
Good morning, I have 2002 cart, sn AQ0208-122561. It has a bad connection at the controller, wont run unless I wiggle the the sixteen wire plug. I have a new plug and pins ordered. Is there any other way to repair this connection. The cart is all stock.
Thanks for your help Rick |

Re: 16 circuit plug
That is a 2002 IQ (Sepex) cart. That is a Curtis 16pin connector and if you flip to Tow on the Run/Tow switch, disconnect the Main Pack Negative, then pull the connector. You can inspect each pin and see if one is lose or what the problem is. Sometimes you can just pull it, clean it with electrical contact cleaner, and reinstall it and it will work fine. If not then you need to locate the lose pin and remove it and reseat it in the connector so it is tight.
