Lets hope it is simple like the harness. If not, we can dig deeper. MCOR, Controller, etc.

Call David Hicks at Revolution Golf Cars 706-431-3917. If he does not answer today (I think he might be working), then leave him a message and he will confirm thoughts.

Ok, so i got the dropout harness and installed it. For about 2 to 3 hours it ran great. But then it started losing forward again. Im about to take the pack out and tracing and testing all wires in the harnesses. If any other ideas hit, please share. Thank you

Take the Fwd/Rev rocker switch out and unplug all 3 wires, turn the switch 180 degrees and reconnect the wires. (Basically you will have swapped the rocker contacts to where it will work just as designed, but on different contacts now)

Drive it and see if it repeats the problem. If so, do you have access to a Curtis Hand-Held controller?

I took the f and r apart, i can switch the three wires. But also found this. 4 other wires going to what looks like a place to plug something in. Could these wires failing cause an issue?

That is for your IQDM port and is where the Curtis handheld would connect to so it can communicate with the controller. And yes, they are in poor condition but should not effect the Fwd operation.
