Default 2009 EZGO PDS Issue

I have an EZGO 2009 PDS cart that has intermittent running issues. I have replaced the motor with a new stock replacement. I have replaced the controller with a reman from FSIP. New solenoid, New ITS, New speed sensor.

The cart is has a 6 inch lift with 22" tires with a rear seat. The cart runs good for 10 to 15 minutes and then starts going very slow. If I let it sit for a few minutes it takes back off and repeats this running behavior over and over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance

First step is to monitor battery pack voltage with a Digital Voltmeter set to display at least 2 decimal points (ex 38.39vdc)

Test and write down each battery and the whole pack,

while the meter is connected to the whole pack, lets go for a ride while watching the pack voltage//// drive until the slowdown occurs, write down those voltages...

Now come back with another post in this thread with the results....
IMHO it sounds like you have a battery or cable issue.....

It also sounds like it could be a thermal shutdown issue. Are you getting any error codes when it shuts down? Is the controller hot when it quits going?

You've got 22" tires and a backseat. You are putting a bigger load on the cart than originally designed for.

Put controller into diagnostic mode (Text at bottom of attached PDS label tells you how) and listen for beeped error codes while driving.
