Default Need debugging on 2002 Club Car DS want to buy?

Found a 2002 Club Car DS for $900 but doesn’t move. Seller states batteries charge up rear buzzer comes on wont move foward or backwards. What could possible problems be and repair costs? Any ideas would be appreciated.

With the pack charged I'd make sure the voltage is in the proper range, second I'd see if the solenoid is pulling in, making a clicking sound.

Depends if it's series or sepex drive.
Plan on replacing the batteries regardless, but check voltage of each battery and see if they're actually taking a charge.

For $900 if the frame, Body, Tires, Seats, Top, etc. are in good shape it's probably a decent deal even if it doesn't run. If the body is rough, tires worn out, seats ripped up, etc. leave it if you can't get it under $500.

And just as a simple check, see if the tow/run switch is turned on/working. The solenoid won't click if that switch is off.

Repair costs could be anywhere between 0 to $2000, plus batteries. Possible problems could be almost anything. As FT stated, without knowing more, that is a $500 cart.

And, does it include a known working charger?
