Motor recommendation?

Have a Regen JE serial number precedent cart so I guess reprogramming to speed code 5 not an option. Suggestions on a new motor to get best speed have stock motor getting 15 mph un-lifted.

Just a faster motor, is probably not going to give you what you want.
