Awesome, JohnnieB, it seems to be working/charging. Thank you very much!
The meter on the PW charger is working and I hear the 'gurgling' of the batteries. Nothing seems to be getting hot. Currently read 44vdc on the pack with the charger operating. Charger shutoff automatically with 40.3vdc at the pack with charger off. Are there any features I disabled with the rewiring/disabling of the auxiliary contact? Will the charger restart automatically when the battery pack discharges (ie. float mode)? |

The PW 28115 charger typically shuts off when the battery pack's On-Charge voltage (as sensed at the control board) climbs to 45V +/-1V.
That charger has no float, trickle or auto restart features. The plug must be removed from cart and then plugged back in to restart it. |
