Default 01 Club Car DS 48v wont move/new solenoid & controller

So im about to lose my mind, it's been about 3 months my cart stopped working. It started with it stuttering and one day it just stopped raining. I have change the solenoid & controller, I tested the motor & it runs, I tested the forward and reverse micro switches and they're good, I also bypass the OBC, same results. I have attached a picture of the app for the controller, I'm trying to figure out how much is the throttle voltage that it's supposed to have when you press the throttle down because it's giving me 4.99. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

What is the total voltage of the batteries? The "pack" voltage.

Anything over 4.65v and you are getting full throttle signal to the controller.

Now tell me about your cart. What all have you done to it and what it in it now?

And your screen shot does not tell me anything. I need one where you have the key On, Pedal depressed, Fwd selected, and Run/Tow in Run. Then take a screen shot and post it.

Be sure to have it jacked up so it does not run away on you if it were to engage.

Sorry for the delay response, I attached the screenshot as requested withe the pedal depressed. I highlighted in green if it showed a change when I depressed the pedal and red no change.

Things I have changed sofar below.
Controler Navitas 10-000766
Red Hawk Solenoid SOL-1022
MCOR

Things that I have tested below.
Forward and reverse switch appeared to be fine.
I jumped started the motor and its working.
Im assuming the OBC is working since its charging.
Power to the key switch
Checked the cables and made sure everything is snug
I did an OBC bypass and nothing happened.

I look forward to your reply!!
Thanks

According to your programmer, it is not seeing a direction (Fwd or Rev) selected.

And I want to make sure, this is a Series cart? FNR Lever and not a Fwd/Rev Rocker switch.

If You have a Series cart and are not using the Controller F1 and F2 posts, I think SEM is wrong in the Motor type.

Check Your manual and switch the Controller to Series Motor since it comes configured as Sepex by default from factory.

That's where I am at. SEM was causing me an issue unless it was a Sepex as I was on Series. (And I was not sure what SEM stood for I have always saw SEP or SER for the motor abbreviations)
