no to far away from you.
Yeah, let me know what you got thanks. Plan A was to bridge it with aluminum angle. Tig in a replacement section would be better if it had some overlap. I suppose I could butt it up and then bridge it with some other pieces.

I am going to go with the lithium Leaf battery power supply. The repair doesn't need to be precisely factory.

This is a much happier place than many of my automotive forums. I did start reading through your thread. Haven't gotten to suspension and tires yet. The stance of yours looks appropriate for my terrain. I see the kids tipping over something like Simicrintz's. So much traffic on here it is impossible to keep up with everything going on.

I agree with this 100%; folks here are awesome! I moderate a page (Jeepsters), and am on other similar pages as well (K5 Blazer, dual sport motorcycles and 3 wheelers) and agree that there are some of the most helpful folks here. I have yet to have seen anyone jump on anyone or flame them; pretty refreshing.

Jeeps! Booo!!!

Really good community of people here. I've only ever found a few other forums with a similar bunch, and they usually don't last very long. Many of these other guys here have been around for a decade or more (or multiple decadeS in some cases).

Been through a few Wranglers until they went V6. Wife has been in a Hummer phase last couple of vehicles.

Pulled the trigger on Leaf modules this morning. Also ordered BMS, there is a six week lead time on that little box :-(

Body work continues. Parts are starting to arrive. I was going to edit first posts with a list, but I don't seem to have that right on here.

C54 pkg:
Alltrax 500A controller
Halleffect 5V pedal
HD F/R switch
400A solenoid
2ga battery cable set (for 6 FLA batteries)

UY600 battery charger
48v Relays, diodes

I opened up the charger and dialed it back for the Nissan Leaf 7 module battery pack I've ordered. Not sure what to set the max AMP at on the ALLTRAX for the lithium modules.
