Nope, it's just a sign "something" is wrong. May, or may not be solenoid.

I’m looking for solenoids right now and I keep finding multiple 36 volt but not many 48 this is the one on there right now can anyone help me with where to get one that is similar to this one

pretty sure 48V RXV carts use a 36v solenoid

Older RXVs did, but at some point they changed to 48V.
