1977 Electric EZGO parts 36v
Hello, New to the forum. I recently acquired a 1977 36v EZGO golf cart from my grandmothers farm that had been sitting for about 5 years. Before it sat it had run. I believe I need new batteries and wiring that connect the batteries. I have found batteries but am having trouble finding the wiring parts. Also I am needing a new seat and seat backs for this model. I would like to put a back seat on as well but am not sure if this model is capable of putting rear seats on. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: 1977 Electric EZGO parts 36v
Honestly, it probably isn't worth the money and time it would take to get it running. That would be a resistor type cart, and it is really obsolete. A set of batteries will probably cost $800 or so, and you could put that money on a modern cart that uses a controller.
If you are determined to get it running for sentimental reasons, it can be done. I would focus on getting it to run before worrying about seats and such. Good luck with it if you try. I have some wiring diagrams in some of previous posts if you search the posts under my name. |
