Batteries/Charging System Disaster
I am more than sure our cart is wired incorrectly. The batteries are not holding a charge (-even new batteries). The front three seem to be doing all the work and going dry- daily. All six batteries are running entirely too hot- boiling! Massive corrosion and leaking from fill cap covers, seals, battery cases etc. It is a Model TXTE-48V. Has anyone else run into these issues?

to BGW.
Going dry daily is impossible. Can you further explain the problem? Age of batteries etc? |

Re: Batteries/Charging System Disaster
It sounds like you are only charging 3 batterys. Take a picture of your battery compartment so we can see how it is wired.
Take voltage reading on each of the batterys and post them here. Harry |

Re: Batteries/Charging System Disaster
Almost sounds like a 48 volt charger being used on a 36v system.
How many battery caps? We need a photo. |
