Summit II mounting locations on 99 DS

I'm looking for ideas on where to mount my Summit II 30600 on my 99 DS. I'm thinking I could drill through the bag well or possibly make a bracket and mount it on the back side of where my old charging port is. Show me what you've done. Thanks!

What did you spray your cart with?

I fabbed up some brackets when I was test mounting mine (was unable to use it but did find a clean place to mount). I may have a bit more room than you with less batteries, so not sure if this is an option for you or not.

It's SEM Rock-It XC. You just mix it with the catalyst and 3 ounces of automotive paint and spray it on. I'm really happy with how it came out. Very durable and it's more forgiving for a DIY painter like myself.

Thanks for the reply. I like that location but like you said, it's a little tight with the battery. I also just mounted my voltage reducer and fuse block right below that.

I used that area for my VR and shunt as well (Lester removed). Keep us posted and post up some pics
