Do Any Club Cars Have Motor Brakes?

I'm in the market for a new golf cart, and (at this point at least) the ones with motor brakes appeal more to me than drum brakes.

So, does Club Car make any electric carts with motor brakes?

What do you mean "motor brakes"? If you mean that the motor helps slow you down, that's the regen feature. Aren't all of the IQ/Sepex carts capable of this?

Thanks for your reply! By "motor brake", I mean a cart that does not have drum brakes, and one with an automatic electric parking brake that does not require driver to depress the pedal.

No automatic parking brake like on some EZGOs. EZGO is the only on to have this so far as I am aware.

edit: some Chinese carts have it also. Icon as an example. Don't know any more about its' function on these carts

Some of the yamahas (I believe ydre??) had wet brakes inside the rear end

That electric motor brake sounds great until it fails and you gotta spend $900 on a new one, and possibly also replace the controller too.
When the motor brake fails, the cart doesn’t move. Dead in the water until the brake assembly is replaced.

RXV motor brake (automatic parking brake) is less than $200 and in many cases significantly less. User replaceable with simple tools. Not saying it doesn't happen but I've never heard of the motor brake malfunctioning and taking the controller out with it on an RXV. The controller can be taken out by carelessness when repairing any part of the electrical/control system in an RXV. It is not as forgiving in this regard compared to standard carts from EZGO or other OEMs. RXVs have been in the wild for 12 years. I love the auto parking brake on mine.
