Default 2001 EZGO TXT does not move fwd

Hello members, have been learning a lot from this group. I purchased a 2001 EZGO TXT that I have stripped down to the frame. This is what I have done:

Alltrax SR4800 controller
200 amp solenoid
HD F&R switch
2ga wires all around
D&D series motor (2:1) 10% torque 170-002-0001
converted to 48volt
12" wheels with 23" tires
HD rear leaf springs
new front and rear shocks
New ignition switch
new accelerator pedal micro switch

My problem is that the cart only drives in reverse, with the F&R switch either in FWD or reverse and only with the tires off the ground. If I put the cart on the ground and me sitting in it, it will not move. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does the solenoid click when the pedal is pushed?

The F&R high amperage contacts may be compromised. You can tighten the center shaft nut (6/16) about 90-180º and see if that improves contact. Or you can remove the center shaft and the center switch cam to inspect all 8 contacts for damage or sinking into the base housing ( as they do when getting too hot)

Hi, the solenoid does click and it drives in reverse at high speeds with either FWD or REV selected but no strength with a load. The F&R switch is new and I know all contacts are tight. I'm wondering since the Alltrax controller is new, I need to program it???

Update: Just got off the phone with ALLTRAX and the tech says that the problem is definitely in the F&R switch. It must be wired wrong. Does anyone here have a wiring diagram of where the 4 wires on the F&R switch are supposed to go?
