Ok. Check the pulse line coming from the crankcase to the fuel pump. Make sure you have a pulse there when you crank the engine

I don't feel anything on the crankcase line at least I don't think I do, should it be strong?

It was the crankcase pulse line, it was plugged up. Thanks everyone for the help.

Yes, it is harder to feel the “suck” portion of it but you should feel a pretty strong “puff” out the end of that hose where it connects to the fuel pump.

Take that hose off and make sure you can blow through it. If not, replace it. If you can blow freely through that hose then the port that it connects to on the crankcase is plugged up

11 years ago I wrote a sticky on re buildig fuel pumps, see if the pump is clear. The new owners may have junk in thier gas gan, just thinking.
