I noticed that the regen solenoid in the wiring diagram is round but the one giving me trouble in the cart is a Albright Premium solenoid. Could that be the issue?

Not nessessarily. It could be just an upgraded solenoid. It should still test the same way.

OK. Attached are the pics. Hopefully they won't scare you. One of the red wires on the small positive connects to the orange/white wire of the other solenoid. The wires of the computer don't match online wiring diagrams.

I'll check. One area where it breaks down is at the OBC. I don't have a white, blue, or Red/White wire there. The wires at the OBC are: Green, Yellow, Brown, Gray, Black and RED. Also, no tow switch.

You have a gen 1 car not a gen 2 that is in that diagram,the manuel #you need is 101905101,the page #is 21-2 figure 21-1. cant figure where that green/white wire is coming from on the solenoid.
