You can get an all sports 4 inch lift or a 6 inch jakes lift. The 6 inch lift will require a frame mod so the clutch will clear it. Several people on here including myself have made their own.

The Jakes 6" is designed for '82 and newer models.

The 6" Jakes kit will require you to replace the spindles and hubs with the later 1982-up units. You will probably also have to modify your frame for clutch clearance. If you have a welder and fabrication skills you can build your own 4" lift. Here is how I did it:

Here are the plans. Do not use the plans for the rear shock brackets, the dimensions are incorrect. Build shock extensions like Newbylee's, pictured here. Much simpler.

Or, you can buy longer shocks for the rear. I just looked at some 15", I think stock is 12 or so. 2" might not be enough I'm sure my lift is higher than that. Going to try them though only 25 a pair. But I have a welder too, and I like to use it.
