Unhappy G8-A Won't Start

Hi Guys

The wiring diagram for the G8-A is not showing me what I need to know. Could someone please tell me how the Starter Relay is energized. The Black wire is easy, but what energizes the R/W wire. I received a cart that the wiring has been played with and it won't even try to start. I don't understand the plug layouts. Thanks for any help.

Doug

Doug, there is a stop switch under the floor board by the pedals. Need to see if there is power on one side of the switch, when the key is on, and that there is power on the other side of the switch when the switch is closed or tripped. That should send power to the solenoid when that switch is closed. Check the switch many times for proper operation.
