2008 ezgo will not move
I am working on a 2008 txt pds 36v for a friend that will not move. It has newer batteries that are full charged all the cables and post are cleaned and tight. The motor is hot to the touch though after trying to get it to move. Can anybody point me in the right directions as to what might be wrong

Re: 2008 ezgo will not move
Can you push the cart by hand? (Locked drive train = stalled motor = heat)
Check the continuity of the F1 & F2 wires. Check for worn insulation on the F1/F2 wires were the go around the battery frame. (See attached picture) Put controller in diagnostic mode. It might give you an error code. (Text at bottom of attached label tells you how to put into diagnostics) |
