2004 DS "Q" cart chugs forward in reverse
Batteries are fully charges. Reverse buzzer operates, depress pedal and cart chugs/jerks forward very slowly. Cart operates normal in forward. Had to remove motor to have new positioning bracket welded to axle. Speed control wiring is connected, A1 is Green, F1 is orange, A2 is White, F2 is blue. Appreciate any suggestions.
