92 Marathon gas rear lift options

Hello, I need some suggestions on how to lift the rear of a 92 Marathon gas engine cart that has the coil springs instead of leaf springs. The lift kit for this cart is a bit pricy for the gas cart, and less than half of that for a electric. My plan is to purchase a lift kit for an electric just so I could use the front drop axle portion of the kit and then try and figure something else out for the rear. Does anyone think or know if the front drop axle lift for electric marathon will work for the gas marathon? I have looked and I believe it should, just need some advice on the rear with coil springs. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
