Also, I get no green light or click when I turn on the key.

What can it be and where do I start guys?

What solenoid have you been running? What is the rating on the resistor and the diode? IS this a 36v system? What is the pack voltage? What is the size and age of the cables?

Cables are 2/0 from the batteries to the motor. Roughly 10 months old.

Solenoid is a MZJ-200D.

Resistor is a 220 ohm 10 watt, which is what their site says us with the above solenoid.

Didn't check the pack voltage, but the last time I check my batteries about a month ago I got all of them in the 6.37 to 6.39 range. They are D-8's.

All of the items other than the batteries were bought from EV Drives in a package they recommended and I have a email in to them, but with it being the holidays I figured I could get a head start here.

I wasn't thinking of a warranty, more alone the lines of a repair.

Does Alltrax repair controllers?

I don't think so ..... Nobody wants to mess with that epoxy.... I have seen other epoxy types repaired ~ so I know in some cases, it can be done, but when I inquired with Alltrax they told me they did not make out of warranty repairs.

Well since it looks as if I smoked the controller and will be purchasing a new one asap, would you guys recommend that I replace the solenoid or anything else at the same time since I'm going back with the exact same set-up?

Or should I be fine to use what I already have again?

I can't make a recommendation until I know everything that is on the cart, what it is used for, and what the terrain and weather is like... 500 posts ~ you know the drill better than this?

My opinion is something is wrong with your setup or the driver, as the controller should have lasted more than 2 yrs.

South Georgia, no hills to speak of.

20" tires, 5" lift and a rear seat.

Mostly me and my 2 dogs (Basset Hounds), sometimes me and the wife.

Cart is used to ride the neighborhood and a little yard work of hauling pine-straw, rakes, ect, nothing real heavy.
