Hello all,
I found this site today and find it to be full of informative people. With this I must ask...
On a Hyundai, will the Yam G2 muffler fit/work? Cart is running great, just very loud. Also, the air intake hose from the filter to the carb, is it the same as Yam G2? Currently I have duct tape repairing the original hose.
There are plastic grommets that have a plastic screw that goes inside to flare the back of the grommet to lock the shell or body parts to the frame (much like drywall anchors). There were a few missing when I bought the cart, but now I have broken a few more. Where can a man find these needed parts, or is there a better method of parts available. It looks like taking this thing apart to learn about or work on it, these grommets will need replaced often. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks, Bud

I believe many of the G2 Yamaha parts will fit. As far as fasteners, I found a similar type at Autozone / NAPA.

Thanks New Guy. I will check with NAPA.
I pulled up the G2 muffler, and it looks totally different than the Hyundai. I bought some muffler repair putty stuff to try and patch the hole.
The intake hose might be the same.
I will continue my quest.

I sold the Hyundai and I am looking for a cart to juice up that is easier to find parts for. I did like the Hyundai, it's just the mountain that I had to climb everytime I needed something that bothered me.
So now I am looking for an EZGO or Club that is later model that I can build up with a Briggs etc.
