Default 2002 club car DS

I recently bought a 2002 club car DS, the other day when I was taking off the front body panel a wire behind the dash acred and now the golf cart will not run or charge. it was working perfectly before, the only wires behind the dash run to the key switch, warning light, reverse buzzer (did not work even before this) , headlight switch, headlights, and the battery volt meter (hooked up to the main Pos and Neg on batteries). Not sure which wires arced but cart will not run in Forward or reverse and i cannot hear the solenoid click. The charger was working fine before all this and now when i plug it in I can hear the charger click when its plugged in but it never actually turns on to charge. Any advice on where to start looking and how i should go about testing this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Probably blew a fuse. Look here for what diagram you need. https://www.buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=924

Depends on the drive system but should be another wire near the solenoid with a fuse. This a series cart or sepex?

There should be a fuse by the solenoid. 15A I think.
