Windshield noise
Do any of you guys have any little tricks to stop all the sqeaking noise that comes from the windshield when going down a bumpy road? Mines driving me crazy but i would hate to take it off. I guess its comming from where its held by the rubber mounts that go around the support bars for roof.

Re: Windshield noise
You could try putting a non-petroleum based lube on it to quiet it down like silicone. I dont think you should use petroleum products on rubber.

Re: Windshield noise
I have put the smooth side of velcro down the frt struts to make the windshield fit better and make them quiet. you may want to try that.

Re: Windshield noise
Just took the rubber mounts off the windshield and put a strip of electrical tape on front and back of windshield where they clamp onto the glass. dont make a sound now.
