Default Time for new batteries?

I bought my cart about 2 years ago and when I did the guy I bought it from said the batteries were 1-1.5 years old. I am not sure how accurate his date was but I feel like my cart is starting to drag. After 20 minute drives around our neighborhood my battery meter reads about 60%. I just tested the batteries after a full charge and this is what I got.

(Full after charge)(with load)(resting after load)

1-12.52-11.80-12.43
2-12.49-11.83-12.40
3-12.33-11.69-12.32
4- 12.52-11.74-12.43

What do you think? Thanks!

Bump. And they are dated D4, so they are about 5 years old.

I can read the numbers. What I meant was what did you use for a load ... to test?

Regardless they are 5 yrs old and not one is coming up to full capacity (12.7 something after a charge) so yes, you could safely say these batteries should be replaced
