My US batteries only lasted three years. I don't think it was so much the US battery but how We used our cart that resulted in only three years. Short runs not drawing the pack down very far before recharging.
You said: "I have check my batteries and they are all reading the 12.xx volts as they should be. Total voltage is the expected 48V" 12.12 volts is only 50% SOC and 48.5 volts is 50%SOC You should have a fully charged battery pack all connections clean and tight before doing any more trouble shooting. weak batteries and cold weather, not a good combination.
