EZGO TXT 2004 Alltrax upgrade
Hi all,
I just finished upgrading my 2004 TXT 36v with a plum quick bandit, 3 big battery Eagle lithium batteries, an alltrax SR48600 and Curtis SW180 48v solenoid. When I connect everything nothing is happening. After plugging in my computer to the controller, the status LED blinks green and the monitor app says the controller is getting 50.1 volts. Can anyone help with common errors I might be facing? From what I can tell I’ve got everything connected properly. Thanks! |

The app should tell you all of the signals going to the Alltrax. Great for troubleshooting.

When you push the throttle does the controller green light come on? Do this without your computer hooked up.
When you push the throttle does your Solenoid click? |

Triple check motor connections. Same thing happened to me, I just had 2 wires at motor mis-placed.
