1 battery, 2 battery, 3 battery more???
All 6 batteries were purchases at same time (not sure how old because the label on the batteries were not marked). Batteries not completly shot, however, the replacement day may be near at hand. One option (vs all 6 replacement) is to replace a few at a time (as budget can afford). My qustion: is there any risk to the new batteries if I take this approach? Do I gain anything, or am I going to still have a cart that runs down just as fast?

It's not a wise choice to mix and match batteries. If you do it within a month or 2 thats probly ok.
