At this time no I don't. I have an untested stock unit but when I get my 80 cart going I'm going to remove the Chinese CDI and install the stock one... if it works.

they wont work. the circuits in the G1 cdi can forward or reverse. they enticer 250 and the bravo arent bidirectional. both can be with the G1 electrical system however. there is a guy selling CDI's and coils for our stators on ebay.

just fixed my G1 by buying this CDI:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

its $28 for all components, i only used the cdi. it is 100% plug and play and all colors match and connectors are correct. theres one extra red wire, this one goes inline of the black wire with the fuse. previous to fixing, it would only spark when i left off the pedal and only one spark. with the new cdi it sparks all the time. a quick test on stands showed it runs great. will take for a ride later and update if i see any issues but so far so good.

I thought I posted a reply here, but must have forgotten to his send. That's a great deal for all you get, assuming it works and holds up. When I read the original post for this thread, the OP mentioned 2 pulser coils. The manual only shows one and my '81 only has one. What actually happens is the ignition switch reverses the polarity on the pulsar coil when the engine is run in reverse so it will still trigger the CDI to fire the igntion coils. There is no change to the timing. So, when you run in reverse, you are actually firing the engine at TDC. The timing light makes it look like it is running severly retarded, but that is because when the light shows the timing marks aligned on the fan and case while running in forward, it is actually showing 4 degrees of advance.
