42 volt ezgo txt question
I have a 2006 txt with speed drive system and want to convert to 42 volts. I have been told I can use my factory controller but it may wear out faster. All I need would be a 42 volt charger. Anyone ever do this and had luck. Thanks

Re: 42 volt ezgo txt question
I've heard of people upping the system to 42 or 48 by adding a new controller, solenoid and battery(s). Then the motor may ware out quicker. But I've never heard of someone adding a battery to a stock cart.
