2006 gas club car light issues
I bought a 2006 gas club car. The light would work on and off. Then it would not work while driving. Now it is not working at all. I changed the fuse and the relay. I also changed out the switch. When using the volt meter at the switch it has power. What am I missing?

Re: 2006 gas club car light issues
The two remaining possibilities are ground and bulb. I had one last week- Two headlight bulbs with broken filaments. Bounce just right and they would come back on, one at a time.

Re: 2006 gas club car light issues
Follow the voltage. If you have voltage at the switch input, do you have on the other side when you turn the switch on? if so, then check for voltage at the bulbs. If you have voltage then it is either the bulb or the ground. If you don't have voltage at the bulb, then you have to trace the wiring back from the bulb to the switch to find where the break or loose connection is located.
Hope this helps. |
