Yes... - it was close to 44v ----- around 43.89
Anyway - I jumped a wire from battery #7 to the micro switch on what I believe you guys are calling the pot box (short for potentiometer I’m guessing)...

And Walla!! The solenoid is clicking again.
Why did I do this??? I'm just a good guesser..... I guess. :)
But now the cart will run with or without the key ON.

Also... The intermittent problem of the cart stalling is still happens.
When the cart stalls ----- if I STOP -- and then SLOWLEY press the accelerator until rolling and then quickly go full throttle -- it will go again

--- If I just press the accelerator normally it will jump and then stop --- CLICK CLICK CLICK... Press slowly again and it will roll... then full throttle quickly - it goes as normal ---- If I then DE-celerate I lose all power again---- hmmmm...?

With a voltmeter verify that voltage is present to the pot micro-switch when it WONT run .... if you can do this = replace the micro & problem solved.

ok I will check voltage when it wont run.... im not with cart right now...
but... one thing i noticed is that there is always full batt pac voltage on both sides of this switch... this seems odd to me.

a micro switch is an on/off switch ..... unless it is an off/on model
Either way ~ it is a simple switch

Is it ok to jump across th 2 large posts?
If I do that -- The solenoid should be removed as a culprit for intermitent stalling... Correct?????

It should be done as a test only7 and if the cart runs one of 2 things are bad. The solenoid OR the solenoid activation circuit. 80% of the time it is the activation circuit but .... in your case it might be the solenoid dropping out. The only way to be sure is test the activation circuit at the solenoid small posts when the cart stops.....

Looked at your pics ..... you could use a bigger / better solenoid than that. That is old and minimum at best. 200amps would be nice for that 350amp controller
