So Scotty, I'm guessing my ITS is OUT Aay?? Do you sell these through CU? I'm also interested in doing a motor/wiring upgrade.

Yes I do but you are not going to like the price of them Try a hair dryer and see if you can not get all the condensation out of the peddle boxx and ITS TUBE. ( then re-test) What ever you do in there be very gentle with the two Cheesy nuts that hold the ITS down on those 2 PLASTIC studs....if you have to remove it you want to be gentle or you will strip the plastic threads just removing the wires from their terminals, can't stress enough how cheesy and a one shot deal the ITS mount is = be careful.

I may have got lucky! Earlier when I took that pic I took my air hose and blew the box out good and I just moved my cart not expecting anything different and it let me creep and slowly accelerate! I'm Stealth again!:). Hopefully it lasts...I don't want to find out how much they are.

Scotty, Let me know how to proceed on the motor/wiring upgrade, I'm ready.

Thanks again for your help on this!

(in my best Mythbusters voice) There's your problem right there!

I'm not sure, but I don't think I have ever seen an ITS plunger NOT engaged in the barrel when at rest. Just a thought....

The manual said there should be a 17/64 gap...for this cart anyway, others may be different, not sure. Thanks

I am so glad. That silly thing is $200 new. .... Yes some gap must be maintained between plunger and the ITS "dealy-bob" ... just how much depends upon the micro-switch roller to barrel adjustment.... You can prolly see that in the pic? The correct adjustments result in 0.4 volts when the solenoid clicks.
If you would like to get some upgrade stuff email me at cartsunlimited@hughes.net.
