2007 Ezgo Type
I just purchased a 2007 TXT. It has an Advanced dc motor part#73445G01-A02-4012 36v and a Curtis pmc controller part#25864G09. Can I assume this is a series cart.
Thanks Hollis |

Re: 2007 Ezgo Type
Talk to ScottyB from Carts Unlimited and he can set you up with all the components you will need to convert it to 48 volts with a higher amp controller.
It's not exactly cheap but you will be pleased with the end results..... |

Re: 2007 Ezgo Type
Yep, Series carts are more durable than sepex motors for most aftermarket applications like camping and hunting but, it is a little harder to get 'speed' out of a motor that is basically made to produce torque.
A voltage increase is a great way to get 30% more speed and torque out of the stock motor |
