Default speed control insultated board ?

I have 82 g2 I think #271718 -k1780 ,that I redid 1yr ago every thing good
till excellerator movable contact wore down to wires ,shorted across contacts
built a bridge ,got so hot it burned and lossened stationary contacts in board
,bottom resistor broke off at contact ,shortened resistor 1" made new hook reattached ,started to draw file stationary contacts to clean up and smooth
when I found the second and third contacts were loose and stopped ,looks like insulation board burned allowing contacts to float a little .Are these board s availible ,or any body ever had this problem ,and suggestion as to source
of material suitable to cut and driill a new one . Any body got parts or a old whole assemlbly.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Never mind ,at this point ,I located a pc. of phenolic 3/8" ,used old pc. for pattern , I made a whole new board ,Tested it ,smooth as a babies butt,
cured all the associated problems that had devoloped ,more power new wiper has more spring tention so better contact, SO if any body else has the problem it can be cured diy !

This forum is a wealth of information ,I've been helped on both of my carts ,The Ezgo Electric ,and my yamaha Gas ,heres my attempt to pay back
a little ,It's been 3 days now since I made the new board and installed the
new Wiper {moveable contact } to my cart not only did it cure problems I didn't even recognize as problems as well as ones I did ,but ,now my battery
life has been extended and the charge time greatly reduced. So ,might
check ,the wiper ,when charge time seems long ,and run time seems short!

My very Best to all of from Georgia,
