Not that I've been able to find.

When new and constructed from quality materials by competent individuals, I doubt if there would be much, if any, difference. However, after being used for a couple years, I'm inclined to believe the one that sealed out the acidic atmosphere of the battery compartment the best will be the winner.

To each their own, but being old school, I prefer solder to crimp.

I am just east Callaway off of 22. Been looking into building my own cables but currently do not have a good heat source available. PM me with a wire cost.....will just have to see because I don't want to put this off to long and buying a good heat source is not an option right now.

It's not hard to do, it just takes some time. That video is EXACTLY how I make mine for my carts and my friends' carts. Never had a failure or a cold joint.

Most guys have a torch and a vise, but most guys DO NOT own a crimper.

I have never bought them in bulk but here are a few places you can try:
The one in the video: http://www.calcentron.com/Pages/elek..._terminals.php
Maybe these guys: http://www.fastenal.com/web/products...0710872&ucst=t

Man by now after all the discussion, arguing and confusion you could have saved a lot of time an just purchased a set of cables knowing the quality will be excellent instead of thinking all night how to make these cables and are the going to last. Work smarter not harder.
