E-Z-GO against Club Cars
Well it was a fun morning. Went riding with some friends they all had the 48 volt 4x4's. I went every place they did just not through the water as much as they did. I made one pass and I called it quit's!
This is why I like 72 volts! |

Re: E-Z-GO against Club Cars
I'd be a little nervous going through water that deep - worried my motor would let out the magic smoke!!

Re: E-Z-GO against Club Cars
I've been told that water up to the floorboard at low speed is okay for short distances - motor is out of the water and as long as nothing really gets splashed on it, you;re good.
Thoughts on this? |

Re: E-Z-GO against Club Cars
I don't think water splashing is a big problem seing how I have rode a bunch in the rain. Deep water is the problem I think. All of the club cars were motor deep and one had water to the ack seat at one point when he dug into the sand. They all drove the 4 miles back to the trucks.
Here is another! |

Here is another one. This was us just starting the ride. The camera mount wasn't tight enough.

Re: E-Z-GO against Club Cars
That was a nice morning ride and the best part it was only a 20 minute ride from the house!
I like that 4 wheel drive setup they have. I may have to check one of those out. But for a E-Z-GO though! |
