Default what ohms should be at accelerator wires

i have a 2011 Stealth Apache 4x4 cart with club car parts. My readings at the accelerator pedal are:
power on no throttle yel/grn=6.35 yel/prpl=1.0 prpl/grn=5.41
power on full throttle yel/grn=2.09 yel/prpl=5.52 prpl/grn=5.33

the prpl/grn go to the solenoid, the solenoid will not click on and the cart wont move.....do i have a bad accelerator pedal?

closest wiring diagram i can find is the 01 to 04 48 volt club car...but the colors of the wires are not matching...anyone know about the stealth cart..
