Wiring a 3 prong lighted switch to radio
I have a 2001 Club Car Solo Cart that I just bought to play golf again after being paralyzed in 2009. I am installing a sony radio in it and want to put a lighted switch in it to remind me to shut off radio .i have already installed a 36/12.reducer so I am now at a place where I have a positive yellow and negative black off of reducer. my switch has on/off only and a positive , accessory and negative posts {3) . The Radio has a red , yellow and black wire. Can someone post a diagram or complete explanation on how to make this work . I do want power to the radio memory all the time , so as to not have to reset every time I turn it on with switch . All help would be wonderful .
