Red face 1999 48V DS reverse/forward speed issue.

So I have a 1999 48V Club Car DS that I've just recently started to build, and it's seeming like it has a problem with top speed in reverse versus forwards. When in forward, it seems to hit about 10mph and that's where it's limited. Then when I put it in reverse, all the power comes out and it'll do what seems like 15-20 mph. I'm pretty new to these carts but I know the basics of working on them. It seems to me like some wires might be connected incorrectly causing reverse to have the speed of forward and vice versa. Can anyone help my issue?

It definitely sounds like the F/R circuits are backwards. Do you hear a buzzer in reverse?

I'm not sure if it's series or what, I've tried tracing wires and most of them seem to be right, and the buzzer still works fine in reverse. I'm definitely thinking it's a F&R switch issue, but I don't know what would cause my symptoms.

Reverse the black and white wire on the outmost micro switch on the FNR. That is what controls the 1/2 speed reverse. The buzzer is on a switch closer in

That seems to have done it. Thanks much!
