Default update on 36v accucharger

after installing the little timer it still dont cut off, tried on another cart it dont cut off, it stays at 1-3 amps after 28hrs, what else would cause this-94 club cart 36v series v glide? i installed the 1015911 relay- coule the 1015906 timer itself be the culprit instead?

You could get an appliance timer that would be a whole bunch cheaper, if you can't find your part!
