electrical issues
Hey all. working on a 94 club car 36v with v-glide. had a loose wire issue never got to thank OGEECHEEGOLFCART but didnt cure what ails it. cart ran some when I got it ( 2 weeks in ) replaced all batteries getting 36.8v off the whole bat pack checked batery wiring multiple times per diagram from above good guy. At first got nothing. spent this evening removing wires 1 at a time and either cleaning or replaceing ends. now when f/r switch is moved it seems to lurch and moves when lightly pushed but push the go pedal and it seems to cut out and dosen't want to roll anymore. also smell electrical like it is getting hot saw small amount of smoke around the resistance coils. packed it in and going to bed if anyone has any insite I would be most grateful see you in the am thanks DD
