Default Picking out a new ele motor

I have a 1993 club car that needs a new motor. I have already looked on club cars website and downloaded the owners manual. based on the serial number i know it's a; 1993 Direct Drive 36v DC Series Wound 2.79 and has 18v reverse with Buzzer.

The problem I am having is every web site I look at to buy a motor from, uses a bunch of different terms that are often abbreviations.

Does anyone know of a good (identical or slightly faster) replacement motor that will work with my car?

thank you

send your motor to Plum Quick (site Sponsor).
Call them and tell them what you have and want.
