Yes the three low batts could cause that. H5 is August 2005. You need batts. Ive had one batt at 7.9-8.1 and it cause that

PS. How can you even turn that thing. Good lookin cart

Thanks i just built it. i still have some finishing touches to do. just trying to make it through the new years parade. I have a battery tender for my aux battery, do you think i can pump a little more juice into those three with it? What's the next best thing to trojans t875's?

You can can charge them up individually using a 12v auto charger. Keep an eye on then though, usually around 15-20 mins + / - will get it up to full charge (8.5v). Once you get them up to all around the same voltage put it on the normal cart charger and let it do its thing.

If they hold a charge is another story
