Default Got New body put on gas ds but the prime hole does not line up. What are my options?

My gas cart is at the shop getting bulit. Someone screwed up my cheap replacement body for it, so they had one professionally painted to go back on it. It looks much better than the other one. But the prime pump hole is not at the same spot.

There is just enough room to squeeze it on under the body, and I could just lift the seat to prime when needed. Is this ok to do?

I could then just make a round flat cover to go over the other hole. Also I haven't had it long, where does the air intake into the filter box? Is it from the primer? Would that air be too hot if coming from under the seat?

It's at the point too where I need to try and make it work. I'm ready to get the car back, and I'd much rather have the body that's on it.

I could cut another hole but I'd like to avoid it if possible.
