Default This cart worth a grand?

Saw this cart in Craigslist, looking for a hunting cart, Might want to switch it back to 48V just for quiet reasons... that in mind is it worth a grand to use as it is and is it worth a grand knowing I would change back to 48v

It's an electric cart made into a gasser.... I'm pretty sure there's no reverse!
But if you want to change it back? it might be worth it!

The one problem I see is half of the motor mount (trans) is cut out to allow for the chain!

Its a really nice cart actually. The swap looks kinda "meh" but not as booty-fab as many ive seen. If its not a scam its worth 1k easy.
